Simple Tips on How to Make Sharwarma and Chapman

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 Sharwarma Bread
  • 500g boneless chicken
  • 20 Sausags
  • 4 Carrots
  • Dry pepper
  • Vegetable oil

SHARWARMA

  • 1 medum size cabbage
  • 3 medium size
  • onions
  • Ketchup
  • 3 Seasonal cubes
  • Curry and thyme
  • Mayonnaise

DIRECTION/PROCESS
Step 1: Slice the onion, cabbages and carrots and keep them aside.

Step 2: Cut into smaller pieces. Then season the chicken with 2 seasoned cubes, thyme, curry, salt and store in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to marinate. Put a frying pan on fire, add the chicken to fry and stir it until the chicken is brown and set aside.

Step 3: Mix Ketchup, Mayonnaise and a little dry pepper and set aside.

Step 4: Spread the shawarma bread on a flat surface and scoop some, mixed vegetables, mixed chicken, mixed ketchup and mayonnaise. Add 2 whole sausages inside each Sharwarma and roll the wrap gently as seen below.

Step 5: Place the wraps in an oven and roll it for like 7minutes.

CHAPMAN
INGREDIENTS
-500m/s (2 cups) lime soda or Sprite/ 7up or similar products
-300m/s ( 11/4) orange soda/ Fanta / Mirinda / Similar products.
-150m/s (2/3 cup) concentrated black currant Juice drink/ Ribenna /Tasty time or similar product – Loads of cucumber slices
– Orange and lemon slices. – Ice cubes.

PROCESS
In a pitcher or juice dispenser, combine lemon — lime soda, orange soda, black currant juice drink and stir to combine.
Add cucumber, fruit slices and ice.

Serve chilled in cups or glasses over ice.
